Enyimba are in talks with Stanley Eguma to make him the substantive head coach of the team, DAILY POST reports.
The nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions appointed Eguma interim head coach in the middle of last season after sacking Olanrewaju Yemi.
Eguma guided Enyimba to a respectable sixth position on the NPFL table.
The club finished third in their CAF Confederation Cup group failing to make it to knockout round.
However, Eguma has submitted his demands to the People’s Elephant management which they are currently studying.
Both parties are expected to finalise details of the contract next week.
