Police foil kidnap attempt, rescue 18 passengers in Katsina

Katsina State Police Command on Saturday foiled a kidnap attempt involving four commercial vehicles on the Funtua-Katsina to Gusau, Zamfara State, highway and rescued 18 passengers.
