Newscenter Media News The Rivers State Government on Sunday summoned the developer of the three-storey building that collapsed at Aboga along the Igwuruta-Etche Road in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State leading to seven persons being rescued. Eyewitnesses told PUNCH Metro that the incident occurred at about 1:30 pm on Saturday while workers were on the site.
