8,000 out of 30,000 candidates offered admissions for 2025/2026 session – UniAbuja VC

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Abuja (now Yakubu Gowon University), Professor Hakeem Babatunde Fawehinmi, has disclosed that only about 8,000 applicants were admitted out of over 30,000 candidates who applied to the university for the 2025/2026 academic session.
