NPFL: Suleiman gives reason for Kwara United’s poor form

Kwara United technical adviser, Ashifat Suleiman, has attributed the team’s struggles to a loss of form and the departure of key players.

The Harmony Boys are without a win in the second stanza.

Kwara United suffered a 1-0 defeat to Kun Khalifat FC in a Matchday 23 encounter in Owerri on Thursday.

Suleiman assured that they will bolster their squad with new players before the close of the transfer window.

“This is a difficult moment for us. We have not scored a goal since the start of the second stanza,” Suleiman told Kwara United’s media.

“We’ve lost form and some players to foreign trials, but we will surely strengthen the squad and ensure we maintain our league status.”
