
Swedish club BK Häcken, has officially announced the signing of Super Falcons midfielder, Halimat Ayinde, DAILY POST reports.
Ayinde penned a contract until the end of the season with the option of another year.
The 30-year-old boasts a wealth of international experience having played at two FIFA Women’s World Cup, and won the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations thrice.
The defensive midfielder last played for Swedish club, FC Rosengård.
Ayinde spent three years with FC Rosengård helping the club win multiple titles.
The former Delta Queens player started her professional career in the United States of America with Western New York Flash, before moving to Belarusian outfit, FC Minsk.
She also played in Sweden for Asarums IF, and Eskilstuna United.
